Dear Residents,
We are encouraged to see the highly positive response from owners of 2/3BHK on Building External Repair Project. Indeed the responses are evident that majority of people are aligned to improve the standard of society.
Today was the last day to submit the consent vote, however on request of many TRs as they are expecting more participation in their towers so due date of consent vote is extended until 25th Feb'21 EOD.
If you haven't participated yet then please give your consent vote to TR or send the consent by email in prescribed format.
Appeal to tenants :
All tenants are requested to discuss the matter with their flat owners and seek the consent within the revised due date and communicate to TR.

Even its in circulation that few tower TR are found consuming alcohol with the tower guards and other staff of club near towers at exit gate & park and irony is that we are expecting work from these people.
Get the existing issues resolved first, leakage complaints remain open for months and no action taken by maintenance team even after collecting maintenance charges in advance.
